Richard Swinburne - A theistic response to he problem of evil - Part 1

In our Philosophy Gym online course our tutor
Giovanni De Grandis - on Monday, 11 February 2008, 12:57 PM
subdivided us up into 2 teams each of 15 persons.

I have been allocated to Group B in the spirit of
"Do not be surprised if you find yourself arguing for the side other than that you would naturally take – it is good practice for you."

Groups for the activity: -
In order to discuss evil you have been divided into two groups that are meant to defend opposite views. Group A will have to argue that the problem of evil provides evidence against the belief in the existence of God. Group B will have to argue that the problem of evil does not undermine the belief in God's existence.
