Republicanism, a Natural Extension to Humanism?
Is Republicanism a Natural extension to Humanism? Does Britain need a monarchy? Should the United Kingdom, be the United Republic? Surely, if we find the concept of divine authority ridiculous; then surely heredity authority must be just as fallacious? And though it might not be our highest priority, when we consider the great and lumbering halk of religion, should be not also contemplate the dissolution of the monarchy as well as the monasteries?
