Labour deputy leadership candidates quizzed on religious issues
The Labour Humanist Group, affiliated to the British Humanist Association, recently questioned their party's deputy leadership candidates on the related issues of religion, politics and society. The quetsions covered a range of issues, including faith schools, bishops in the Lords and assisted dying, and the answers give a fairly clear idea of where the candidates stand on these matters.
The BHA's Education and Public Affairs Officer Andrew Copson has posted his overview of the answers on the Guardian's Comment is Free forum. You can read the full answers on the Labour Humanist Group's website
