X-mas Stuff

X-mas Stuff

A bunch of folks have requested that I post last year's x-mas comic as a greeting card for this year. Well, I would love to - if only I had the time and/or energy. But in leiu of that I will provide access to the full-res version of that strip so you can make your own card. Feel free to dowload the image and take it to the card creator website of your choice.

Also, here 's the 'Know Your Bible' poster from last year that features the Bible's explicit forbidding of x-mas trees. One of my personal favorites.

Feel free to share them with friends and loved ones this holiday season.

how to spend xmas in a totally non-religious, less consumer-crazy way?

Chris Street comments are in bright green; highlights in blockquotes (yellow).

From Tina McSporran:
Valerie Moyses' reference to anti-christmas has prompted me to ask members for their tips on how to spend the xmas period in a totally non-religious, less consumer-crazy way.

If it were just me and partner there'd be no difficulty; my problem is how to include family who may have other views (particularly of the 'let's overeat and overspend or be labelled wicked' variety). Personally, I hate the whole vile xmas concept
